About Tracery Realty

I know what it's like to start over somewhere new

A little about me, why I got licensed, and why the Southland is where I choose to work.

My Story

I moved to Illinois from Texas, and I still remember the version of myself who didn't know the neighborhoods, didn't know the process, and didn't have anyone in her corner who wasn't trying to sell her something. That experience is the whole reason Tracery Realty exists.

I earned my Illinois real estate license in 2026. I won't pretend to have years of transactions behind me — what I bring instead is attention, honesty, and the genuine understanding of what it feels like to buy a home somewhere unfamiliar. If you're relocating from out of state, I've done it myself, recently enough to remember every part of it. If you're buying your first home right here, I'll walk you through it with the same patience I'd have wanted for myself.

I chose to build my practice around the Chicago Southland — Oak Lawn, Evergreen Park, Beverly, and the towns around them — because they remind me of what drew me to Illinois in the first place: real neighborhoods, reasonable prices, and people who still know their neighbors.

How I Work
"You don't need someone who talks fast. You need someone who tells you the truth and picks up the phone."

That's the whole approach. No scripted pitches, no pressure to decide before you're ready — just steady, honest guidance from someone who remembers exactly what it's like to be on your side of this.

Neighborhoods I Love

The Southern Suburbs

My work is concentrated in the towns south of the city — Oak Lawn, Chicago Ridge, Evergreen Park, and their neighbors — where I can bring real, current knowledge to every conversation.
